Unless one of the exceptions listed below is applicable, you may withdraw from your order without giving reasons within 14 days of the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier), took physical possession of the Products purchased or the date on which you entered into the contract.
You must notify us at coupe-coupon.fr your decision to retract your order.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your withdrawal request before the 14-day deadline expires and return your Product.
Attention, according to article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, which states that a custom made item cannot be returned to sale after the customer refuses, any custom fabric order will not be taken over or exchanged.

EFFECTS OF RETRACTATION
G.A.M.T. TEXTILE FRANCE will refund you all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (i.e. the least expensive delivery we offer) no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal request. G.A.M.T. TEXTILE FRANCE reserves the right to use the same means of payment as you used during your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. However, Coupon Cut may defer the refund until the receipt of the Product(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Product(s), whichever is the earlier. If the refund occurs after the above deadline, the amount due to you will be increased automatically.
Please note that you must return the product(s) by following the instructions available from our online return centre no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal decision.
You must pay the direct costs of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations (other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product(s))
SCOPE TIME
For optimal satisfaction, we offer an extended right of return of 14 days from the receipt of the product.
The Parties agree that only the withdrawal period shall be waived. The terms and conditions for the exercise of this right of withdrawal remain determined by law and these general conditions.
In accordance with the law, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- the delivery of products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them or which, after delivery, have been inextricably mixed with other articles;
- the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when unsealed after delivery;
- the delivery of products that have been made according to your specifications or clearly customized;
- the supply of products likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly;
- the provision of services fully implemented by G.A.M.T. TEXTILE FRANCE for which you accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin their execution, and waive your right of withdrawal;
- the provision of digital content (including applications, computer software, e-books, music download, etc.) not supplied on a physical medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin to supply it and waive your right of withdrawal;
- the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages whose agreed value at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond our control.
In any event, the Customer undertakes to return the Product(s) under the following conditions:

Make the order number on the packaging legibly visible. Returns without order number are not accepted.

G.A.M.T. TEXTILE FRANCE does not accept packages sent in due port.
Products must be returned to G.A.M.T. TEXTILE FRANCE in perfect condition of resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, notice...).
For any claim due to an error on our part after validation of the VAS service, a return slip will be sent to you to return only the product mentioned in the file opened by the VAS.
Be careful when you receive your return, if the criteria for the returned product do not match your claim, you will be reimbursed, but the return costs will be deducted.
For information, we do not charge the return fee for color variances between your screen and the product, we remind you that a sample service is at your disposal to discover the product before the purchase.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw this contract by means of a declaration without ambiguity (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post at 15 Rue De l'Avenir 69740 Genas; by telephone at 06 95 16 49 56 or by e-mail via the contact form.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
